Revolutionizing
Self-Awareness
Pocket Personality helps you uncover blindspots and raise self-awareness
Why Pocket Personality?
Many coaches and therapists struggle to guide their clients effectively when they lack a clear understanding of the client’s personality and behavioral tendencies. Without this insight, coaching sessions can feel generic, misaligned, or stagnant, leading to frustration for both parties. Misreading communication styles, motivation triggers, or emotional responses can hinder progress.
Pocket Personality solves this by providing a quick, reliable psychometric snapshot of the coachee’s personality. In just minutes, coaches gain clarity on core traits, preferences, and blind spots. This enables targeted, personalized coaching that resonates deeply, accelerates breakthroughs, and builds lasting trust between coach and coachee.
