Celebrating International Women’s Day: Understanding Differences, Embracing Strengths

International Women’s Day on 8th March is a global celebration of the achievements, contributions, and resilience of women. It is also a time to reflect on the unique strengths that both #men and #women bring to the world.

According to #IDENTI3 studies conducted on 11,037 individuals in #Singapore, there are measurable differences in personality traits between genders.

Women tend to score significantly higher in Affection, Loyalty, and Status, highlighting their strong relational bonds, commitment, and societal awareness.

On the other hand, men score higher in Flexibility, Leadership, and Exposition, suggesting a greater adaptability, natural inclination toward leadership roles, and a stronger ability to articulate thoughts fluently.

Despite these differences, the overall patterns across personality scores remain relatively similar, reinforcing that while men and women may have distinct tendencies, they also share many core traits.

Recognizing these differences is not about comparison but about leveraging strengths—creating a more inclusive, balanced, and empowered society where both men and women thrive.
