Empowering Growth through Coaching: How IDENTI3’s Workplace Coaching Cards Transformed the Learning Experience at the Prime Minister’s Office


The recent training session with the Prime Minister’s Office demonstrated the power and effectiveness of IDENTI3’s Pocket Workplace Coaching Cards and Pocket Professional Development Cards in cultivating a coaching mindset within teams. The session not only enhanced participants’ self-awareness and interpersonal skills but also significantly boosted their ability to coach others.
Based on the post-training feedback collected from participants, the results were both measurable and encouraging. Participants rated the Pocket Workplace Coaching Cards an average of 7.7 out of 10, while the Pocket Professional Development Cards scored slightly higher at 8.0 out of 10, reflecting strong confidence in their usefulness and relevance to daily workplace interactions.

More importantly, participants reported a clear improvement in their coaching abilities. Before the session, the average self-assessed ability to coach others stood at 5.3 out of 10. After the session, this figure rose to 7.2, representing an impressive 36 percent improvement in coaching confidence and competence. This finding highlights how the combination of structured coaching tools and experiential learning can accelerate personal development in a short span of time.
Participants found the training engaging and interactive, with the majority citing coaching role plays, team-building activities, and Pocket Card discussions as their favourite parts of the program. Every participant described the pace of the training as “just nice”, and all rated the trainer’s knowledge as good or above, affirming the session’s balance of depth and delivery.

The overall satisfaction rating was exceptionally high, averaging 8.9 out of 10. Almost every participant indicated they would recommend the program to others—further testament to the training’s impact and resonance.
