Building Career Confidence: IDENTI3 at the SUSS Career Fair

What does a fulfilling career look like—and how do you begin working towards it?

Yesterday, IDENTI3 joined the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) career fair to help students explore these questions through personal conversations, career guidance and an introduction to IDENTI3 AI Coaching.

At the heart of our participation was a simple idea: making informed career choices starts with understanding yourself.

Personal conversations, meaningful guidance

Our career coaches, Rosemary, Yannie, Michael and Bryan, offered students career advice and a welcoming space to discuss their next steps.

For students preparing to enter the workforce, career decisions can feel overwhelming. Conversations with a coach provide an opportunity to pause, ask questions and consider how personal strengths, interests and working preferences might relate to different career paths.

The message behind our booth—“What is your Future Worth?”—invited students to think beyond their first job title. Building a rewarding career involves considering the work you enjoy, the contributions you can make and the opportunities that support your aspirations.

Continuing the conversation with IDENTI3 AI Coaching

Alongside the coaches’ guidance, we introduced IDENTI3 AI Coaching as a way to continue exploring personal and career development beyond the fair.

IDENTI3 combines personality assessment insights with AI coaching to help users reflect on how their personality may influence their decisions, behaviours and interactions. These insights can provide a starting point for considering career preferences, understanding workplace relationships and identifying areas for growth.

Students can use that reflection to explore questions such as: What kind of working environment suits me? How can I communicate my strengths more clearly? What could I work on as I prepare for my career?

Human coaches bring experience, empathy and perspective to these conversations. AI coaching offers another avenue for ongoing reflection as new questions arise. Together, they can support a thoughtful approach to career development.
