Strengthening Leadership from Within: JEC Leadership Development Program (Group 2)

The Leadership Development journey with Jardine Engineering Company (JEC) continues to gain strong momentum with the successful completion of Session 1 for Group 2.
This session marks another important step in JEC’s commitment to developing leaders who are not only technically competent, but also self-aware, people-focused, and future-ready.
Turning Insight into Leadership Awareness
The focus of Session 1 was clear—building self-awareness as the foundation for leadership and career growth.
Through IDENTI3 Profiling enhanced with AI, participants explored their personality traits, behavioural tendencies, and leadership strengths. This enabled them to better understand how they show up at work, make decisions, and interact with others.
The impact was both immediate and measurable:
- 29.5% increase in self-understanding
- 22.8% increase in understanding of team members
- 8.83 / 10 overall satisfaction score
- 100% of participants would recommend the program
These results reflect more than just learning—they represent shifts in perspective, awareness, and leadership readiness.
