Invest inward – ER Studio – Leading Interior Design Studio from Singapore
Dr Jace Tan from IDENTI3 recently partnered with Ang Hoe Kiat and their client – ER studio – to deliver a powerful blend of #businessconsulting, #executivecoaching and #teamcoaching for its #management team.
Known for its high-quality design work and discerning clientele, ER Studio (https://www.erstudio.design) has already established itself as a respected name in the interior design space.
Yet, in a move that sets them apart, the firm has chosen to invest inward—recognising that the next level of #growth requires more than just #designexcellence.
Through structured #coaching and strategic advisory, Dr Jace Tan worked closely with the #leadership team to uncover #blindspots using #IDENTI3profiling.
Together they sharpen #decisionmaking, and align #businessdirection with #talent capabilities. This approach integrates both #businessstrategy and #humandynamics, ensuring that growth is not only #scalable, but #sustainable.
By strengthening #leadership clarity, #teamcohesion, and organisational focus, ER Studio is building the internal engine needed to elevate its market position. This investment reflects a forward-thinking mindset: that true transformation begins from within.
As ER Studio continues its journey, it stands poised to rise into its next tier—driven by both creative mastery and #strategicintent.
If you are looking to receive quality design and construction for your current and future home, I would highly recommend ER Studio!
