DB Schenker Team Strengthened by Greater Self and Team Awareness

On 1st October 2025, the IDENTI3 team conducted a training session with DB Schenker, aimed at helping participants understand themselves and their teammates more deeply through the IDENTI3 Profiling Framework.

The results were highly encouraging. Participants reported a 36.5% increase in self-understanding, with scores rising from 5.86 to 8.00 after the session. Even more striking was the improvement in team awareness — an 82.8% jump from 4.14 to 7.57, demonstrating the session’s powerful impact on collaboration and interpersonal appreciation within teams.

In addition, participants rated the accuracy of their personality results at 8.0/10, and gave an overall satisfaction score of 8.3/10. A strong 85.7% of attendees said they would recommend this session to others — a clear testament to its value and relevance in the workplace.

This session not only deepened self-awareness but also strengthened mutual understanding among team members, fostering a more cohesive and effective working environment. DB Schenker’s experience reflects how personality profiling and guided reflection can transform communication, empathy, and collaboration in the workplace.
