IDENTI3 Accreditation (12–14 November 2025): A Three-Day Journey of Growth, Clarity and Coaching Mastery
From 12 to 14 November 2025, we completed another meaningful run of the IDENTI3 Accreditation Program—a three-day, stackable training designed to let learners join based on their unique needs. This run brought together coaches, educators, HR professionals and leaders who wanted to understand people better, communicate with clarity, and use coaching more effectively in both life and workplace settings.
Day 1: Pocket Personality — Learning to Read People with Confidence
We opened the accreditation with Pocket Personality, where learners discovered how to use the Pocket Personality Cards to interpret IDENTI3 profiling. The improved methodology helped participants understand traits, trapped and conflicted behaviours, blind spots, job-fit and even team-fit—all within a few short hours.
What made Day 1 especially lively was the role-play segment. Learners took turns reading each other’s profiles and were surprised at how quickly they could identify patterns and behaviours. Many remarked how Pocket Personality wasn’t only useful for coaching, but also powerful in navigating life, career decisions and relationships. This foundation naturally paved the way for Day 2.
Our special guest was Ms Jeslin Lim, who shared with us how she has used IDENTI3 for close to two decades.

Day 2: Pocket Coach — A Systematic Path to “Ah-Ha” Moments
Day 2 brought participants into the heart of coaching—the Pocket Coach. This tool introduces a structured and scientific way of guiding someone toward clarity. Instead of wandering through a conversation, coaches learn to follow a systematic pathway that leads respondents to their own realisations.
A standout moment was watching Master Trainer Dr. Jace Tan conduct a live coaching demonstration. Seeing the Pocket Coach in action helped learners understand how each step works, how questions are sequenced, and how breakthroughs are created. By the end of the day, many expressed that they finally had a coaching tool that brings consistency and depth to every session.

Day 3: Pocket Workplace Coaching and Pocket Professional Development
The final day shifted the focus to the workplace. Learners were introduced to Pocket Workplace Coaching and Pocket Professional Development—two practical tools designed for real corporate scenarios.
Throughout the day, they practised coaching staff through everyday issues, from performance gaps to communication challenges. They also explored how to support executives in planning professional development pathways. The workplace simulations gave learners the confidence to apply coaching directly to their organisational contexts.
An important takeaway from Day 3 was Dr. Jace Tan’s PNTCO technique, which teaches learners how to sign up new coachees in a clear, structured way. This was especially valuable for those planning to grow their coaching careers.\

Looking Ahead: Next Public Run in April 2026
For learners who wish to continue their journey or begin formal coaching training, the next public accreditation run will take place from 21 to 24 April 2026 (Tuesday to Friday). This four-day session will cover the full suite of IDENTI3 coaching tools and give participants everything they need to begin coaching with confidence and structure. These modules are stackable so that learners can pick what is relevant to them.
