New batch of IDENTI3 Coaches minted on 09 Sept 2024

On 9th September 2024, IDENTI3 hosted an Accreditation program attended by a diverse group of 12 participants, all focused on expanding their coaching expertise through the Pocket Personality and Pocket Coach methodologies. This event introduced attendees to innovative tools designed to enhance their ability to coach more effectively and efficiently.

Participants delved into the Pocket Personality, a framework that works in tandem with the learners’ IDENTI3 results. This tool provides a personalized approach to understanding one’s inherent traits, strengths, and areas for growth. The Pocket Personality not only adds depth to self-awareness but also equips coaches with insights that enable them to guide clients toward more targeted and meaningful personal development.

The second half of the accreditation focused on the Pocket Coach, which uses a set of 55 cards structured to bring consistency and clarity to coaching sessions. This tool, based on the D.E.E.P. framework—Download, Explain, Explore, and Progress—was praised for its ability to deliver breakthrough moments for clients in a way that is faster and more structured compared to other traditional methods.

By the end of the accreditation, participants expressed how radical the learning experience was, sharing that the new methodologies allowed them to see improvements in their coaching skills in a much shorter time span. The comprehensive, hands-on learning provided during the program has better equipped them to deliver impactful coaching sessions. The program promises not only to enhance the quality of coaching but also to streamline the process, making it more accessible and scalable.

In these instances, the Pocket Personality cards have proven to be incredibly valuable. Recently, I worked with a client whose profile I had to interpret, and the cards provided clarity. She found the assessment to be highly accurate and was able to recognize her own blind spots through the content provided in the Pocket Personality, which had previously been overlooked.

Additionally, I applied the Coaching methodology in the Pocket Coach cards with another client who struggled with time management. The cards created a structured yet open environment, allowing him to articulate his current challenges with greater ease. The process not only helped him reflect on his habits but also facilitated a more productive coaching conversation. The cards served as a crucial tool in guiding both clients toward deeper self-awareness and actionable insights.”
