Important Notice: Temporary Service Disruption to IDENTI3 Profiling System
Dear Valued Users,
We would like to inform you that the IDENTI3 Profiling System is currently experiencing a service disruption due to an unexpected server issue with our hosting provider. The issue began on Friday, 5th June 2026, and as a result, users are presently unable to access their IDENTI3 accounts and related services.
Our hosting provider has advised that the affected server has been rebooted and recovery efforts are ongoing. At this time, they are in the process of reinstating backend content and services. Unfortunately, no estimated timeline for full restoration has been provided to us.
Please be assured that we are in close communication with the hosting provider and are actively monitoring the situation. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while recovery efforts continue.
