Previously, clients purchasing IDENTI3 credits needed to learn how to navigate our back-end system to issue questionnaires and retrieve completed reports.

Now, with the introduction of Pre-Determined OTPs:

1.⁠ ⁠Immediate Access: Corporate clients can assign pre-determined OTPs directly to their respondents without needing to navigate the system. OTPs ID will be created with each new account

2.⁠ ⁠Hassle-Free Experience: Respondents will complete the questionnaire, and the results will be automatically delivered to the corporate client’s mailbox — no additional steps required!

3.⁠ ⁠Support for Existing Users: Current users can also have their accounts configured to leverage Pre-Determined OTPs, ensuring a smooth transition to this new feature.
