Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders at JCU Singapore

On Monday, we had the privilege of running a one-day leadership workshop for the vibrant student leaders of James Cook University (JCU) Singapore. The energy in the room was palpable — the students came with open minds, sharp ideas, and a willingness to grow.

Using the #IDENTI3 #profiling tool, participants gained a deeper understanding of their unique personalities. This enhanced their #selfawareness and allowed them to appreciate the #strengths and #differences within their teams.

As a result, their collaboration and #teamwork quickly became more cohesive and focused, setting the foundation for more effective leadership ahead.

We were honoured to welcome Jeslin Lim, Head of HR, as our special guest. Her insights into leadership and personal development were a true highlight of the day.
